Terms of Service
Effective date: September 3, 2026
nordgo is a product operated by Desvy ("Desvy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nordgo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use nordgo
You must be able to form a binding contract in your province or territory of residence to use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're confirming that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
nordgo is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@nordgo.ca if you think your account has been compromised.
You agree to provide accurate information when you create your account and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; harass, abuse, or harm another person; or attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models or systems that power the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the messages, files, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including sending it to the third-party AI model providers described in our Privacy Policy so we can generate a response.
You're responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the rights to submit it.
5. AI-generated responses
nordgo uses third-party AI models to generate responses. Those responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation, and shouldn't be relied on as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Use your own judgment, and verify anything important independently.
6. Intellectual property
Aside from Your Content, the Service — including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software — is owned by Desvy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desvy won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable Canadian law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@nordgo.ca. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and nordgo both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute not otherwise resolved.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice in the Service or updating the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
